“Any2 Exchange members frequently ask us when we will expand the Any2 Exchange to other cities served by CRG West’s data centers,“ explained John Savageau, managing director at CRG West, in a statement. “Moving into 427 LaSalle in Chicago, the Miami Exchange, and 1275 K Street in Washington expands the utility of Any2 into those facilities, while meeting the needs of our valued tenants and exchange point members.”
The Any2 Exchange is CRG West’s neutral Internet exchange, providing Internet peering services for over 100 participants. Any2 Exchange membership is open to all networks and media providers, either within or outside of CRG West’s facilities, which can benefit from interconnecting their IP
Savageau added, “All three expansion points are in markets considered underserved by neutral Internet exchanges. As the Internet protocol continues to become the dominant support layer for interactive and on-demand business and entertainment content, exchange points will continue to grow in value.”
